Layaway- Valid on In Stock Firearms only. Valid for check payment option only "No Credit Cards". Not available for special ordered items or items sold at auctions. Choose Layaway option at checkout.. Layaway terms: There will be a 25% non-refundable deposit. You can pay as much or as little as you like. Your layaway purchase must be paid in full at the end of 90 days . Firearms will only ship to a licensed FFL (Federal Firearms License) dealer. Ammunition will ship via UPS to an approved physical address only. Ammo can not be shipped to a Po Box and will not ship via USPS in accordance to law.
 
NO international shipping. ALL items ship to USA only.
 
All firearms will ship for free. Shipping on everything else is a flat $6.99.  **Note: There are additional freight charges to Alaska and Hawaii.*** If you have ordered accessories and ammo for your firearm they will ship seperately than the gun. All shipments are sent uninsured if you wish to purchase insurance you can do so at the checkout. The rate is $10 for orders less than $1000 and $20 for orders over $1000. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items if insurance is not purchased.
 
Always check/inspect your weapon before the transfer. Firearms are considered used once they are transferred. If there is a defect in the firearm after the transfer please contact the manufacturer for replacement or repair.  
 
All sales are final no returns on AMMO or FIREARMS. Cancellation of orders will be charged a 10% total invoice restocking fee, no exceptions. All orders will ship once payment has cleared our bank. See above for processing times.
 
All accessories have a 60 day money back guarantee. No return on accessories will be accepted past 60 days of delivered date. Any and all returns for accessories are subject to a possible 25% restocking fee. To avoid a re-stocking fee item(s) must be returned in original packaging and include any and all documentation and must be in complete resalable condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping or shipping cost will be deducted from refund. Any and all order shipping charges are non-refundable.

Inventory: As we use multiple vendors for or products we cant guarantee the stock to be there once an order is placed. However if an order is placed and the item is on backorder Aggressiveguns.com will contact you with updates on the arrival of your goods.

      California - Absolutely no Hi-Cap Mags without a Hi-Cap Mag Permit. 
      No Defense/Clip Fed Shotguns. No Semi-Auto Rifles. No M-16 Bolts. 
      Los Angeles, Sacramento, & San Francisco, CA - No Ammo without a FFL. **NO AMMUNITION TO CA**
      Connecticut - No Semi-Auto Rifles. Anyone purchasing a magazine must supply us with a copy of their Concealed Weapons Permit and Drivers License before we can ship.
      Hawaii - No Pistol Mags over 10rds. No ammo. No firearm with a melting point less than 800 degrees fahrenheit
      Illinois - No Ammo without a FFL or FOID.  Prohibited Firearms: Any handgun having a barrel, slide, frame or receiver that has a die casting of zinc alloy or any other nonhomogenous
      metal, which will melt or can deform at a temperature of 800 degrees F or less.
      Prohibited MFG's: Cobra, Phoenix Arms, Heritage Arms, Walther rimfire pistols, GSG rimfire pistols, and Hi-Point pistols.
      Massachusetts - No Handguns. No Hi-Cap mags. 
      No Defense/Clip Fed Shotguns. No Semi-Auto Rifles. No Ammo. 
      Alaska- No ammo
      New Jersey - No Hi-Cap mags over 15rds without a FFL. 
      New York-A 10 round magazine is permissible, but may only contain 7 rounds. Any semi-automatic rifle (with a detachable magazine) or shotgun with just one of these features are banned: 1) pistol grip; 2) bayonet lug; 3) telescoping or folding stock; 4) flash suppressor; 5) threaded barrel; or 6) grenade launcher.No Shipping to NYC.All ammo must ship to FFL dealer.
      Washington DC - No Hi-Cap Mags. No ammunition. 
      Washington State - No M-16 Bolts.
      Maryland- No hi cap mags over 10rds. New handguns must have a fired casing to be legal. We dont guarantee a fired casing in the box. Check with your FFL and local law enforcement on providing a fired casing after delivery. 
      Colorado-No rifles or handguns with a magazine holding more than 15 rounds.

      • If you can't legally possess a firearm do not order, if for some reason you cant pass a background check do not order. If your FFL dealer cant transfer the firearm to you for any reason then you will not receive any firearms or money back. NO EXCEPTIONS. No hicap mags with cc purchase.
